Need Help Identifying Your New Bird Friends?

Believe it or not, there are more birds in your neighborhood than you can see. They're up in the trees, in the bushes, and scouring the ground for goodies. Installing bird feeders in your yard is sure to draw out our feathered neighbors. Luckily, there's an easy way to identify all of your new visitors.

The Cornell Lab of Ornithology at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY developed a free app to help you! It's called Merlin and it's a wizard at identifying birds by sight or sound. It's simple to download and simple to use.

You can download the app from the Google Play Store, from the Apple App store, and from the Cornell Lab website.
